“The Paddington Rooms description was inaccurate on hotels.com. The room had no en-suite bathroom, but the toilet and bathroom were outside of the room, in the hallway. London standard is very different from the rest of the world, but the room was very worn out, the bed was super uncomfortable with strings pushing through the mattress and there were ants in the room. I tried contacting the host through hotels.com immediately but had to wait for over 18hours for the first reply. I stayed for one...
