“Overall, our stay was okay, but it did not meet our expectations based on the listing. The biggest disappointment was that the apartment did not look like the photos. However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost.”
