Travel in March 2026. We are a family of 4. The stay was wonderful! The room was clean and organized and there was easy and clear communication with staff. The room was larger than expected with a full kitchen and laundry. The area is walkable to shopping and plenty of restaurants. We did several small loads of laundry and had no issues operating the appliances with the QR code provided to us at check in. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean and warm. The Metro makes it easy to get around Tokyo so being in the slightly quieter East Ginza spot was fine for us especially with the Hatchobori station just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel front desk staff were great to chat with while picking up our morning complementary coffee. Alex was there most mornings during our stay and provided insights about the city - great guy. The room was well equipped and we took advantage of the laundry machine. All in all a good location, lovely staff, good clean rooms and amenities - highly recommended.
