When we first arrived and saw the small bed and lack of bedside tables we were a bit disappointed. But then we discovered all the clever storage spots and how well the small space works. Really appreciated the washing machine given the hot weather. Staff are lovely and go out of their way to make it like a home. Great location in a nice quiet area and a reasonable price.

This is a great option for families since you get a bit more space than a standard hotel room and there is a kitchen, washer/dryer and tub. They also provided a pack-and-play for our baby to sleep in. Instructions for all appliances were available in English which was super helpful. There were many 24 hr convenience stores within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Note that during your stay, there is no housekeeping, and you have the option of trading in your towels every 3 days.

Travel in March 2026. We are a family of 4. The stay was wonderful! The room was clean and organized and there was easy and clear communication with staff. The room was larger than expected with a full kitchen and laundry. The area is walkable to shopping and plenty of restaurants. We did several small loads of laundry and had no issues operating the appliances with the QR code provided to us at check in. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean and warm. Would stay here again!

The Metro makes it easy to get around Tokyo so being in the slightly quieter East Ginza spot was fine for us especially with the Hatchobori station just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel front desk staff were great to chat with while picking up our morning complementary coffee. Alex was there most mornings during our stay and provided insights about the city - great guy. The room was well equipped and we took advantage of the laundry machine. All in all a good location, lovely staff, good clean rooms and amenities - highly recommended.
