Incredibly convenient location next to train station, a full supermarket as well as family mart and 7-11. Very well equipped apartment with all the little things that make a difference. No detail detailed missed right down to having a laundry basket for clothes. We stayed in other hotel apartments in Japan and flower Terrace was the best as far as being fully equipped for cooking, laundry, etc. Yes it’s small but having additional doors to close off the hallway bathroom and toilet made a huge difference. And they provided a baby crib which was so helpful and our baby slept well in it.

This location is a great spot for a small family wanting to stay on the outskirts of the city but not too far away from all of the things to do. Place was clean, had all of the amenities that we needed and the staff kept great contact with us. Any question we had was answered quickly! I highly recommend this spot!!

Close enough to Shinjuku action (though on the quieter side), but more spacious than other hotels! The water pressure was great, shower was spacious and saved my aching muscles every night. The whole process of entering and exiting the hotel was very easy to follow. The room was clean and a decent size. A great bathroom with all the extras you may need. Good wi-fi and a nice, compact kitchen area. It's in a great location - easy walking distance to eateries, shops and the station.
