Vacations Close To Cathedral of San Gervasio

The staff was amazing!

Everything was honestly fantastic until we were conned into their Premium Travel Club presentation and lied to about what it was. We were told we were being given a $1,000 gift card to return to their properties because the season was slow and business was down. They said we could sign up for a tour of the “Privilege” areas and after they showed us we get our gift card. This is not what occurred, it was a multi hour dragged on sales pitch for their “Travel Club”. Wasted our entire morning and then when we tried to simply walk out and leave, they told us if we didn’t stay, the lady who took us on the tour earlier would be in trouble. Walked out immediately and it ruined our day.

The Ac in the room is not work properly Is suppose to be an adult hotel and they doesn't have activities. The pool area was really boring. The food in the buffet was the same 4 days. They doesn't has variety

Overall was ok,But not the best ,I was waiting for more from this resort

No nos encantó, tienen muchísimo staff pero muy pocos son realmente de ayuda. El transporte del aeropuerto al hotel, tarde. El transporte del hotel al aeropuerto nos querían hacer salir del hotel más de tres horas antes de mi vuelo, y pagamos por privado, no nos querian dejar salir más tarde “por qué no se hacen responsables, si llegamos tarde” lo entiendo perfectamente, pero tres horas vuelo Nacional a 10 minutos del aeropuerto se me hace totalmente innecesario. La comida muy normal.
