My room and the overall property was excellent and will stay here again for my next visit! I love that parking is free unlike other hotels where they have daily fees! My king suite was spacious and had nice views and was great to have separate dressing room area plus extra door that blocks noise from the hallway. Rating a 10 out of 10 & always loved the Virgin brand and have been flying Virgin Atlantic for decades and never disappoints!:) Cheers

It's ok, its not bad just not great. rooms have no dressers very little storage. 8th floor odds going up to 8069 have no view just the tower next to it and uber pickup down below.

We really like just about everything about TI. Our only real complaint is the price of drinks poolside. $25 for a margarita is ridiculous!

Room was ok AC could have been cooler the shampoo and body wash were empty which should have been filled upon arrival. Tv had nothing to watch unless u wanted to pay for in demand. Nothing here is free!
