The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided a great overview of the property and amenities. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was good but was a bit on the small size. The breakfast was outstanding and staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here; the location made it easy to get to and from different activities.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here as we were visiting Silverwood. This hotel is clean and a great value, and their breakfast buffet in the morning is top notch. The onsite restaurant and live music is a nice touch along with the bar, and the staff is very friendly. Room was amazing and comfortable and house keeping did a great job. Only 25 minutes from Silverwood and conveniently located off I-90. We will be back next time!

It is obvious that his established hotel was updated and well maintained. The evening check in personnel was very friendly and helpful. They even offered a doggy toy and treat for our little four-legged friend. Breakfast was above the norm with a full breakfast buffet which included custom omelets. We will stay again when visiting the area.

Nice Best Western property. Nicely updated rooms, nice pool, nice little gym, great hot tub, employees were very nice. The rate was good compared to other properties of similar caliber in town. Only downer is the location. Not much around to walk to, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Would stay there again for sure.
