“Overall, the place was okay. Cute. Great location. Easy walk to OOB boardwalk and pier. However, no interaction with staff. All very separate. No phone in room to call front desk to request items for room. Had to go to office to find a person. Have to say the carpet in our room was quite dirty. Lots of stains and trash under bed and behind nightstand. Plus the bathroom corners around the bathtub and all along the floor were filled with grime/dirt. The pool was full of bugs and a bit dirty. “Love this place. Super clean and comfortable. Room was decorated perfectly and had everything you could need. So well thought out. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Ours had a refrigerator and a smart TV. Tina and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable. Many choices for breakfast. Snacks during the day. Sometimes we had breakfast in the dining room and sometimes on the large covered porch. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Perkins Cove in one direction and Ogunquit shops...
