“The hotel is nowhere near 4 star, it needs updating. It's all very out of date and tired. The breakfast was the worst! Dirty old cutlery and the least they could have done was to put table cloths on the tables. Eggs were dried out and cold., even when I asked for fresh egg, still came out cold as was the bacon. £350 a night & £18 for breakfast! They are having a laugh. Thankfully Expedia fully refunded my money.”
