“The breakfast, staff and downstairs communal areas were very good. However, bearing in mind the price for overnight stays we found the room and room facilities were far below average for this class/cost of hotel. The room had a harbour view which was excellent but this said the actual room and facilities felt very 'tired', in need of an update and lacking certain facilities that other hotels in this price range would normally have. “Have stayed at here a few times. Good location and if you want to use public transport, there's a bus stop right outside. You don't need to venture very far for a good meal (downstairs!) and breakfast served is made to order. This is our go to place to stay for convenience for access to beach, buses to Swanage and nice walks!”
