“Have stayed at here a few times. Good location and if you want to use public transport, there's a bus stop right outside. You don't need to venture very far for a good meal (downstairs!) and breakfast served is made to order. This is our go to place to stay for convenience for access to beach, buses to Swanage and nice walks!”

“The breakfast, staff and downstairs communal areas were very good. However, bearing in mind the price for overnight stays we found the room and room facilities were far below average for this class/cost of hotel. The room had a harbour view which was excellent but this said the actual room and facilities felt very 'tired', in need of an update and lacking certain facilities that other hotels in this price range would normally have. “the room was clean, laid out nice and a good size, we did spend a lot of time on the balcony watching the windsurfers surfers swimmers and all the other activities, rugby match on the beach one evening. the breakfast was very good, a excellent selection of hot and cold options plus the healthy option as well, one winge the toaster was under powered had to put the slices through twice to get any colour on it. all the staff we had dealings with were very helpful, even the maintenance man...
