Have stayed at here a few times. Good location and if you want to use public transport, there's a bus stop right outside. You don't need to venture very far for a good meal (downstairs!) and breakfast served is made to order. This is our go to place to stay for convenience for access to beach, buses to Swanage and nice walks!

Really great room with a relaxed pub below in a really nice location close to the beach. The staff were absolutely incredible, so welcoming and helpful and really made you feel like a valued guest from the second you walked in the door to the time we left. Breakfast had a good variety and was excellent quality. Would highly recommend this place

Great place, Very nice room, nice touch with water in the room very quiet, ample free parking, didn’t have breakfast ( included ) as I had to leave early, Two small issues, had a bath & nearly set the fire alarm off as bathroom door was slightly open ( my fault ) & breakfast was really far to late for working people ( 9.00am ) I would stay again but probably not if working.
