Vacations Close To Iberostar Cancun Golf Course

The hotel is new and immaculate. We were treated like royalty. Foods were fantastic. The Gem of Cancun!

Rooms were clean consistently and often throughout the day. We stayed in privilege room but didn’t really get all the privilege amenities. Some of the staff were rude and expected a tip after doing a poor job. Allure lounge was closed most of our stay which was a key privilege private part we wanted to do. Overall great resort 4/5 for us.

The hotel clean this was OK, but we always had trouble with getting towels napkins at the restaurants. They were always out. Butler we’re supposed to book restaurants for dinner and when we came to our reservation, we were not on the list that was embarrassing to see, and it was not only us. There was a few more couples. Also our room key did not work. We had to reprogram it a few times and even replaced them they still would not work. We would have to look for someone to help us to get in our room.

the staff went above and beyond. the pools were great and the spa was so relaxing. All the restaurants excellent.
