The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained.. Unfortunately, the service was just average.
Some of the staff at the reception area came across as very pushy and inconsiderate which made us feel uncomfortable. At the restaurants, we also felt rushed while eating. The waiters and waitresses seemed impatient for us to finish our meals rather than allowing us to enjoy our dining experience at a relaxed pace.
Overall , the hotel itself was lovely, but the service could be much more welcoming, attentive and respectful of guests time, comfort and dining experience.

The stay was amazing honestly my favorite vacation yet! The beaches were clean the pools were clean the drinks and food was amazing absolutely worth it! Also, I can not speak Spanish and I never once felt uncomfortable everyone was so kind and understanding a spoke English very well. Already looking to book our next vacy!
