I loved the place. It was one of my favorite trips I been on. It's definitely a place to let some of your inner thoughts out and be free. My only small problems were the gym were closed for renovations and I feel like the bar and the pool both close way too early. But besides that I definitely will be back. I had a blast.

Está Esta es mi cuarta vez en este hotel,la comida siempre fue buena, esta vez la comida estuvo pésima, en el bufet no había variedad ninguna, los dulces malísimos,no había casi variedad de pan, los restaurantes como el italiano me sirvieron una pasta Alfredo seca, el vino blanco era vinagre, las bebidas no tienen calidad ninguna,en general la comida pésima, el único restaurante que estuvo muy bien fue el de carne pero abre un día sí y otro no, no se puede hacer reserva y las colas demoran mucho, el hotel quedó muy bonito y la limpieza sigue siendo muy buena, pero fue una decepción, no volveremos más a ese hotel

My stay at Garza Blanca Cancun was unfortunately very disappointing, despite the resort itself being beautiful. One of the biggest issues was how pushy employees were about selling spa packages and promoting timeshare-related services. It became frustrating trying to simply enjoy breakfast, the pool, and the amenities without constantly being approached. The most upsetting experience involved a member of the security staff on the rooftop. My friend and I are two adults. She went to the restroom, and when I could not find her afterward, I checked our room and the lobby before returning to the rooftop. The security employee I encountered was extremely rude, disrespectful, and judgmental about the situation instead of simply assisting me. I made a formal complaint to management because I felt the way I was spoken to was completely inappropriate. I wasn’t asking for compensation or anything excessive—I simply wanted an apology. Instead, the manager on duty told me he could not make an employee apologize if the employee did not feel it was necessary. My complaint ultimately went nowhere. For a resort that presents itself as a luxury, all-inclusive experience, I expected much better customer service. The property is beautiful, but the aggressive sales tactics and the way my complaint was handled seriously affected my overall experience.

The service was excellent. The hotel is very clean . All the employees there do a great job . The food was really good too . My favorite restaurant was Krystal , although the steak house was really good too .
