Vacations Close To West Coast of Isla Mujeres

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.

We had a truly wonderful stay at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise and had an absolutely fabulous holiday from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and provided the perfect setting for a fantastic getaway. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made a difference and helped make our holiday so special. Everything about our experience was fantastic, from the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere to the food, facilities, and overall service. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and were genuinely sad to leave. A huge thank you to all the team at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our holiday so memorable. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday! 🌴☀️🍹

Not a five star resort/hotel. This resort/hotel is located in the jungle and this information was not communicated to guests prior to booking nor prior to arrival. Meal options tasted poor. Wildlife such as coati and raccoons roamed the facility freely throughout the day & night and often interrupted dining experiences. For example, the wildlife will approach you while you eat, and they will climb on the dining tables where utensils are placed. The staff finds it funny and does not take guests’ concerns seriously. A coati entered my room and ate my dessert on the table, I addressed my concerns to the staff and was told “this is their home.” I requested a room change but the issue was not 100% resolved. Wildlife will climb up to the 2nd floor balcony. Guests cannot enjoy their balcony especially if you are trying to eat. Another staff member on a separate occasion rudely said “there are big raccoons in NY” as if raccoons being in restaurants as people are dinning is normal. Customer service was poor overall. Outdoor restaurants were unsanitary. Staff were not friendly overall.

Overall was ok,But not the best ,I was waiting for more from this resort
