Our stay at El Conquistador was truly phenomenal! From the beautiful surroundings to the overall experience, we had a wonderful time. My absolute favorite part was having direct access to Palomino Island. That experience alone made the stay so worthwhile and unforgettable. It was definitely a highlight of our trip and a big reason why I would recommend this resort.
The only hiccup was at checkout, when I noticed duplicate charges for a meal at Ventanas restaurant. I had already paid for the meal directly with my card at the restaurant, but the same amount was also charged to our room. I’m hopeful the El Conquistador team will look into this and resolve the issue promptly.
Aside from this billing concern, we had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed our experience. I would love to return, and I hope the resort can help resolve the payment issue so I can look back on the entire experience as positively as it deserves!
