Although it has a strategic physical location, the hotel fails to live up to the upscale nature of the neighborhood. The hotel's amenities are poor, their breakfast are unremarkable, the double bed suit I was given the closet doors were physically locked. The room was spartan in appearance and showing signs of disregard and disrepair. The hotel could do better to spruce up the property.

Quaint modern boutique hotel with spacious apartment-style rooms. We were pleasantly surprised not only by the facility but the hospitality of the staff. They were so accommodating and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend if looking for an upscale hotel without the bustling traffic of a large chain.

Our flight was delayed so we got in late that’s not on them but when we asked if we could stay two hours after checkout they said no or we would have to pay $75 smh the bathroom door didn’t lock or stay closed the pool was out of order the internet was spotty. On the plus side the beach was beautiful some staff members were amazing some not so much it depends on who helped you out.

The hotel is large and has lots of facilities including a remote beach on an island. choice of restaurants and nice pool. Also entertainment. The downsides, the ferry to the beach is busy and on two occasions we stood on the island in line for two hours. especially busy Friday and Saturday afternoons. Food is generally good but service is poor, we experienced two evenings of wrong orders and poor recovery. Food on beach is best for lunch and staff there much better. The internet is very mixed and often doesn't work. There is also building work at one of the complexes which is noisy however it looks like it may not take too much longer. Overall a beautiful setting with great remote beach thats why I gave it 4 stars. however rooms and service should pull it down to 3 stars.
