Vacations Close To Brooke Army Medical Center

Beautiful hotel, kind and helpful staff, prime location!!

Only one elevator working all weekend which made it hard to get to/from your room. Room lights do not work well No covering over a window and it took 3 attempts to get it covered

The bathroom was way to small. You had to step over or beside the toilet to close the door. This room was on the Alamo street side so when they had their gun shoot out reenactment, you could hear it in the room, and every big truck with beeping sounds, honking horns, etc.. Also, the coffee pot didn't work, they were going to send another one the next day, but that didn't happen. I requested coffee as well, and the nice guy at the front desk bought me a cup.

Love this hotel so much! Will stay again!

Beautifully renovated hotel. Will stay there again
