“Prima kamer. Genoeg handdoeken ed, uitstekende douche. Alleen waren de bedden erg slap en wiebelig. Wel goed geslapen. In de kamer was het erg warm, er was geen airco. Alleen een ventilator. De ramen konden een klein beetje open.”

“The bathroom was small and dirty with mould growing up the pipes behind the wc.
The w.c. was filthy in the bowl.
The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over
The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently.

“We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!”

“We were surprised to be told that the kitchen was closed that evening due to an illness of the chef when our dinner reservation was accepted that afternoon by the receptionist.
The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.
There was a bar, but the white wine was undrinkable. The continental breakfast was of a poor standard.”
