The hotel was nice and the staff was so nice loved the hotel
The tv didn’t have much on it and no bacon. Hotter hot tub
This was our second time staying here. The staff is nice, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and price is great! Will stay here again.
Good stay. Friendly staff. Enjoyed full breakfast, pool and hot tub
Loved the lake front view, and the on site towel exchange.
Very nice hotel. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are nice and versatile. They have a large hot breakfast buffet. I would give this hotel and exceptionally high rating.
I had trouble finding the management office after dark. There were no exterior lights or sign by the door. The shower hot water was lukewarm.
Pool closed at 7:00 on Wednesday 😕 😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕
I loved everything! This hotel offers so many complementary amenities and excellent service and was very clean and comfortable, quiet and right on 76 close to so many attractions, restaurants, and places to explore! My 4 children absolutely loved being here too! Also the beds are the most comfortable ...
Nice hotel in good location in walking distance of a lot of attractions
Loved the cabins and the scenery but we had 8 people in our group and the cabin we had only had 1 parking spot, other parking was across the street.
This was maybe our 5th visit to Stone Castle! We love the pool and hot tub and that there is more than one. The rooms are always nice, no matter which type we get. We have stayed just the 2 of us or with all our grandkids. Love the location and always have a good time.
Nice, clean, safe, and friendly. Have stayed her several times.
I realize that COVID is an issue, however, I was not happy with the fact that my child could only swim once a day for two hours. I get needing reservations. I observed many would come to the pool, however, did not stay the full two hours. Most of those swimming were children.
The manager at the property during the stay was amazing! Truly went above and beyond to help us out!
It was clean and the people were friendly. The facilities could use a facelift and the free breakfast was cereal. But it’s priced accordingly and was what we expected.
Great location with beautiful view. Room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable.
The staff (all of them) were incredibly friendly. We all commented on how nice they were. We really liked the extra sink in the room and the microwave and fridge. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. We thought the breakfast was pretty nice considering Covid. Price was great. We'd definitely come ...
