Para dar unos ejemplos hay un cuadro por encima de la cama que tiene una mancha grande de café, y la moqueta tiene muchas manchas y está floja en algunos puntos. El personal muy amable pero el servicio en el momento de pedir algo deja mucho por ser deseado. Se olvidan pedidos, y pasaba mucho el mismo en el titanic Belfast también.”

“All the staff were extremely helpgul. The room, which was large with a sitting area, was kept spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Although breakfast time was busy, the staff were very efficient in seating us quickly and bringing a pot of tea. The hot buffet was kept topped up so we didn't have to wait for our food and we were not rushed to finish.It was a very civilised start to the day each morning.
