“The hotel is a business stay with all the required installations in a nice enivroment. The lobby seems to be always crowded and this makes the service in this area lacking personality. The rooms are very nice, however a bit small for this category of hotel. It is very well located for tourism purposes close to major shopping areas and the western lake.”

“The hotel is extremely nice. I was thoroughly surprised when I arrived to see how well maintained it is. The hotel isn't really near anything - we stayed here after taking the evening train from Shanghai before embarking on to Moganshan the next day. It's a perfect place to stay for one night. Rooms are spacious, though they do allow smoking in some rooms so just be aware when booking to note your preference. Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Chinese. We were the first ones to breakfast...

The staff so nice and so helpful and will go out of their way to help in anything I asked even I don’t speak any Chinese language at all. So if it happens to be that you are looking for a hotel near the HGH airport this hotel should be the one for you.”
