“A unique bed&breakfast... perfe location after a day's hike up in the mountains and dinner os 15 minutes away . The room was very nice and comfy. I also enjoyed the reading room upstairs. Breakfast next morning was really good and plentiful. My wife bought a pair of alpacca socks ( you need to stay there to understand fully, there are 3 of them in the back ) Claire is a fantastic host who took really good care of us”

“This was are third visit to the gladstone, Gavin and Stephen are brilliant hosts staff are excellent, food ot the hotel is excellent and not to expensive, car parking either side of the hotel. ”

“We wish we could have stayed longer! We arrived late at night after our travel plans were delayed and Jan was so kind and accommodating and stayed up late to make sure we checked in. She even upgraded our room and offered us refreshments. The whole building is charming, with tasteful decor. The room itself (and bathroom) felt quite luxurious, were very clean with all amenities as advertised. Our only regret is that we only stayed the one night and couldn’t be there longer.
