The room was clean and plenty of towels. WiFi wasn’t good in the room but very good in the bar. Breakfast was average, would have liked more selection in the “bakery section” maybe a bagel, crumpets, crusty bloomer. Fruit selection was lacking too. Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The accommodation is good, clean and spacious. We used the leisure facilities with large pool, a good clean sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The food in the restaurant was excellent and good value. 10 minute walk into the centre of Betws-Y-Coed.
