It was neat, checking in was efficient and good value for money

Very nasty looking not up to part .and they tried to get more money out of me

I enjoyed my stay with the location and the bed was comfortable and shower was strong. No plug in the bath and tv didn’t work but this did not matter to me. My biggest issue was there was a problem with a neighbouring guest (welfare issue) and the police came (which was good) but they came to my door, handcuffed me for my safetyand took 10 minutes to prove I was not who they were looking for. Mainly because reception sent them to the wrong room and didn’t know I was staying in the room. There was no follow up and they didn’t come to apologise to me for their mistake which I found poor. So I just left on the door, that experience was not good. The reception staff should know who is I. What room and at least apologise when things do not go right instead of rudely ignoring it

The room looked ok but when I checked the bed. There were bed bugs in the mattresses. The room smelled like mildew as well. I will not recommend anyone stay there. That’s why I left and went to another hotel.

The hotel charges $68 per night of parking for hotel guests, that's more than 5 star Las Vegas hotels and this hotel is nowhere near that. The rest were good.
