A very charming hotel. Loved the location and the convenient parking next to the rooms. Especially loved the mattress and pillows, which were incredibly comfortable. Staff were also extremely polite and helpful. Only critiques would be to remove the custom frames around the TV so you can easily turn it on/off and change channels without standing right on top of it. We will be back!

Adorable place in Dana Point. The decor is extremely well done in an old Spanish mission theme. The staff is very friendly. It was perfect for a quick, affordable escape near the beach. One disappointment was that the walls were super thin and we could hear everything from the next room. Another thing to note for people unfamiliar with the area is that Pacific Coast Highway is in between the hotel and the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

If could give this hotel 1,000 stars, I would! The decor was absolutely stunning and reminded us of our favorite places in Puerto Vallarta. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the two fireplaces made for the perfect nightcap and a truly relaxing evening. The staff at the front desk were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, including Le Labo shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion (the same brand sold at Nordstrom). The view was breathtaking, and to top it all off, there was a record player in the room with our favorite band, Stick Figure, ready to play. It felt like every detail had been thoughtfully curated to create a memorable experience. This will be our one and only spot for future staycations. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful hotel with a lot of charm and well maintained. Very stylish, offers a vinyl record player in the room (and a lot of vinyls to choose from in the lounge). Really nice hotel with a lovely staff. The amenities are very modern but as a slight criticism I would argue maybe too much. For example, while super modern the fridge makes a ton of noise (strange pulsing noise, not some stable noise easy to ignore) and is not easy to turn down for the night. The other thing that I found missing in the room is a small table (there’s a tiny one on the deck but a small round coffee table could definitely fit in the room and make it easier to sip tea/coffee inside). Note that the hotel is right across the train tracks and there are some noisy cargo trains running at night, so be aware of this if you’re a light sleeper. The hotel provides ear plugs in the room, which was much appreciated.

Room and bathroom were great, loads of space and a great view of the beach from the balcony. Staff all polite and friendly and the valet parking works like a dream. We had a wonderful stay here. The view of the pacific ocean from our upper floor room was perfect. We loved how the decor, fixtures and style of the place felt original and charming.
