It was an amazing experience to stay at surf and sand resort. The ocean view and all the amenities are great! I think one of the best parts of our stay was the staff, they were so helpful and kind. Definitely would love to stay again.

This is an exceptional resort. We had such a special anniversary . The front desk was so helpful . The service at the restaurant was excellent and food was very good. Loved the view of the ocean from our room. Highly recommend getting a massage as well . All of the staff are so amazing.

Beautiful, clean resort with gorgeous views of the ocean. Front desk staff was a little stuffy. otherwise, room service, pool, restaurant and staff were helpful and pleasant. If you want a more spacious hotel, stay at the Laguna Ritz Carlton. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary.

Love the room! Great bed and bedding, modern blackout curtains, great shower. The pool was a blast and so was the beach. I was with an 8 year old so I didn’t mind the kids at the pool but could see that being annoying for a romantic getaway as the kids and teens ruled the pool and hot tub area.

From the minute we arrived we felt right at home. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean bright and very modern and the view even better. We were celebrating our birthdays and had dinner at Splashes. Again the view was amazing. The cocktails were so so, but everything else was great. Would recommend this place in a second.

We just stayed here for our 40th anniversary, and it was absolutely beautiful. The service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the view was beyond amazing—truly spectacular. It was the perfect romantic getaway for us. Everything felt relaxing, special, and memorable from the moment we arrived. We already can’t wait to book another room and come back again soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and romantic escape.

This hotel is a must stay if you’re seeking ocean front views. The view from our beach front balcony were perfect. I only had two complaints. The sliding glass to the balcony was difficult to open. Beware of the stairs as they get slick from the moisture. Sadly, I fell victim to the same set of stairs twice in a day. Aside from that, we definitely will return for future stays.

Staff was great. Location was phenomenal. Inside the hotel room was very good - linens, smart features, bathroom - all clean and modern. I would say my biggest complaint was that the hotel itself is in need of a renovation. It’s a bit run down and doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel from the outside. Our room was in building 3 and to get to it we had to take elevators and stairs - it was definitely like a maze to get to the room. The balcony had a great view of the ocean - but the hallway to the room felt like walking through a basement dungeon. But as I said the staff was great and the location is superb.
