Really nice renovation, pool still bad, but no longer a dive, this hotel is nice. Clean, good parking , good location for shopping and dining , staff excellent. Breakfast simple but good

While the room itself was clean the furniture was pretty worn. The hotel could definitely use a facelift & repairs. We also didn’t feel it was a safe area. All in all we probably would not stay again.

Poor check in process and air conditioning does not get below 72 degrees no matter how low you drop the temp. Took 1 hour to check in, and the front desk manager was unable to do anything about it. Front desk manager does not understand the value of the customer.

After a long day of driving we arrived at 11:45pm to be told they could not help us because their systems were down and we needed to go elsewhere. Horrible for us and we get unexpected problems can happen but under the circumstances they could have offered to recommend somewhere else and imagine if they even called ahead to see if there was a room available! I practically had to beg to get the name of another nearby hotel then we were sent off to figure it out from there at midnight. I gave middle of road star ratings on all the things we didn’t experience.

Room was clean. Breakfast was much better than most hotels we stay at. However, the dinner (hotel restaurant) was overpriced for the quality of the food.
