Our room was quiet and clean. There was plenty of free parking and the breakfast was nice too. It advertises it as being downtown Spokane - which it is, but it's not in a very nice area. There was nothing walkable around it so to get to the nice area of down town we had to pay about $20 Canadian for parking elsewhere. I should have investigated it a little more before booking so really the location issue was my own fault. On the bright side, it was really easy to get to off the main highway. The front staff and people running the breakfast were very nice.

Hotel was nice and clean, room was nice and bed comfy, staff nice and helpful, hot tub advertised which was my decision maker in choosing this place was out of order, continental breakfast was extremely lame for this type of hotel, even the eggs tasted fake and juice severely watered down. No sausage, biscuits or gravy. Easy access in town, parking pretty secure.

Good for a one night late stay. Probably wouldn’t recommend more than that. Property was well maintained but showing plenty signs of age. Funny smells and old aged carpet in hallways. Rooms are clean for what they are age wise, but definitely in need of a renovation. Staff was polite and helpful,
