Cabañas en Astley

“Reservé 3 habitaciones para mi familia en una única transacción, por lo tanto se supone que las tres habitaciones eran iguales, misma cantidad de personas, el desayuno incluido, idéntico. La primera sorpresa fue que 2 eran contiguas pero la otra, la nuestra, estaba en otra planta, no es ningún problema pero nos extrañó. Sí que nos chocó que no funcionaba el radiador y no había ningún aviso de que pasaba esto, nos volvimos locos mirando si era culpa nuestra y si había algún interruptor o algo,...

“el hotel es muy grande y anda mucha gente, pero es muy cómodo. cama tremendamente cómoda. Habitación amplia. SPA bueno para una desconexión al final del día. Desayuno muy bueno. la única pega que a eso de la 1 de la mañana empezó a sonar un ventilador/compresor en el baño que daba una conexión central. por lo demás, como para repetir.”

“One night stay midweek - hotel was very quiet with a lovely pub garden. Main issues were the WiFi not working in my room (and I had no phone signal either), reception staff friendly and helpful but couldn’t fix the issue so that wasn’t ideal. The room wasn’t that clean - numerous dead spiders and flies on my carpet and a face full of cobweb when I walked in. I also think it’s cheeky that they charge £10 for overnight parking (with a card - not applepay!) although it is noted on Expedia it’s not...

“Arrived at about 2.30 told to wait until 3 before having our which was fair enough, however people arrived a few minutes after us and were given rooms immediately. Couldn't leave our lugfage for a couple of hours on checkout but people checking in early could leave their luggage which baffled me to be honest.”
