Vacations Close To Amerimed Hospital

Do not book a stay here. From stinking outdated rooms to dismissive customer service, this establishment failed on every imaginable metric. It is not worth the money or the headache. The room smelled like sewage the entire time we were there. Cleaning lady came to spray some solution, it helped for a few hours, but the smell came right back. There was visible mold in the shower grout and in between the curtains. The room never felt clean or comfortable. High level of noise from the party downstairs and the constant maintenance crew made it impossible to get a good night rest. On day 4 of our stay, they put a note on our door that water will be cut off for 4 hours but that lasted much longer, close to 7 hours. We had to ask if we can go shower in another room so we can clean up and make it to our dinner reservations. To top it all off, the ceiling started leaking water and the floor was completely wet and slippery and the toilet stopped working on our last day, so we had to use the public restroom in the lobby. To make matters worse, a few other guests mentioned to us their money and personal items were stolen right out of their room which was extremely unsettling just to hear. When all these complaints were bought up to management, the only response we got is that we can email their complaints department and maybe they will help. We will never return to any Riu establishment again and do not recommend for anyone to book with them. Signed – a very disappointed guest.

The staff was beyond friendly! The food was delicious! The beach was amazing. Overall 20/10 and will come again!

Our girl’s trip was fantastic 💕 We really enjoyed the time that we stay here. We will like to come back soon
