“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. The only small downside was that there wasn’t a proper mirror in the room, which would have been very convenient, especially when getting ready. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!”

“Whenever I visit Hanoi on business (which is often) this is the hotel I choose. The staff are exceptionally friendly and pay close attention to every detail. The rooms are very comfortable and they always go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable! The manager and all entire team are the best in the city! Thank you for all your hospitality and for making me feel right at home, even when I’m far from home!”
