The location is so central that it walkable to many ,many great restaurants, and attractions. The people were all so great specially Quan and Anh. They helped us navigate the city, and arranged tours and transport for us. My family had a wonderful time in Hanoi. We have highly recommend this hotel.

Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

It was in the heart of the old quarter so location was excellent. So many restaurants just outside the front door...highly recommend Met Restaurant. I didn't expect such an amazing experience....welcome drink and cold cloth on arrival. Not to mention a sweet treat in our room and a fruit basket! Also got a small parting gift when checking out...whaaat! So wish I could have stayed longer as I didn't get time to use the pool. The bar was great. Such an amazing view and the next hotel had a live band on the rooftop we got to enjoy . I would definitely return.
