“We were put on the top floor, floor 4. Paid for the bigger suite as-well. Elevators were broke the whole 2 night, 3 day trip. The stairs are very steep and tiring to go up and down from and we are pretty healthy in our early 30’s. Also tried calling for room service on our first night but no answer after about 8 attempts. I went down to order & collect the room service myself and carried it all back up myself. Room was pretty decent, not the comfiest bed, pillows were hard, scuffs and marks...
