From checking in to checking out the following day most things were wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely room/bathroom and service and drinks in the 12th floor bar. The only downside was the breakfast, we had to wait absolutely ages for a coffee but the lady was very apologetic and we hadn't been told there was actually a help yourself coffee machine at the other end of the breakfast room. For the price of the breakfast we all thought it was rather substandard with not enough choices of fruit/meats/cheeses which for a hotel of this standard sadly lacked.

We often use this hotel when in London, when the rates are within our budget, (not always the case!). It is in a lovely position on the Thames, near the wonderful Borough Market, and many restaurants & Pubs. The decor is exceptional, not the usual corporate look. the staff are always friendly, and the design of the rooms just excellent. If it's within budget you won't regret it.
