“The Hornsbury Mill is a very charming hotel, set in beautiful grounds with a little lake. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the bed comfortable. I had the full English (vegan) breakfast and it was very tasty. The one complaint I had was that when the very charming old mill wheel is on and turning (which they switch off at 8pm), the noise made a constant thud in my room and bothered me a little. I assume it won’t be too much of a bother though to most people, who would be in bed well...

“We loved staying at those charming pub. Staff were all happy, helpful and efficient, the pub is well cared for and beautifully decorated. Our room read lovely, comfortable, week appointed and nice and clean. The only exception was that the old windows and picture trail in the bathroom need a more thorough clean, but nothing major. Lovely personalised touches and really good food! Would definitely stay again.”

“The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our room was spacious clean and exactly like advertised on the web site. Everything was very clean. Bathroom and shower etc very good and spotless. We dined at the Indian restaurant next door the food was excellent and the service friendly and professional. Ths only sad thing was the little coffee shop is no longer there but I understand why. ”
