“We had a fabulous suite - the Prince William suite. Lovely view of the ocean. The room was large and well equipped. The staff were very polite. We had room service breakfast - large amount of food - good quality. Overall 5 stars. ”

“Las habitaciones en cuanto a tamaño son correctas y las camas bastante cómodas, lo que se puede esperar de un hotel de su categoría. El personal de recepción deja que desear, ejemplo de ello es que pedimos comida a la habitación y recalcamos que fuera de una manera determinada ante lo cual obtuvimos un ok, la sorpresa fue al recibir la comida en la habitación que era todo lo contratrio a lo que pedimos. El personal de limpieza es muy simpatico. Lo peor de la habitación es el frío...estuvimos dos...

“We stayed 4 to 6 th December 25 for my hubbys birthday. Got upgrades to a lovely sea view room that was amazing and had a free standing bath in the bedroom. Bar was a nice atmosphere and nice drinks and breakfast was delicious. The weather was glorious on the 4 th so had a swim in the outdoor pool which was heated and then went to sauna and indoor pool . The only thing that was annoying was our room door banged when someone opened the doors to the corridor that we were in which was quite a...

“Old Fashioned Hotel. Gardens. Right by the sea and close to the City Centre. Very good water pressure for shower. Had small double room which was fine as only there to sleep. A long walk to get to lift for my room. Charge £5 extra a day to use the pool. Exceptional service - best I've ever experienced. Stayed an extra night I was so comfortable there. Thank you.”

“FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊”
