“Great, cosy inn with plenty of space to eat. Family room had a good layout with some nice touches such as fresh milk for the tea and coffee. Staff very helpful and plenty of parking”

“Nice welcome from Yas. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A/C in room was much appreciated. Tea, coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits a nice touch. Staff friendly. Free parking is available on 1st come basis with 5 slots available, otherwise it's street parking nearby. Only downside of our allocated 1st floor room was being at front of property and road traffic noise wasn't great for sleeping. Good location for walking to town centre and local amenities.”

“The hotel itself was brilliant , clean, tidy, comfy and modern, but I have to say that the experience was slightly ruined when we arrived to find out that we needed to pay for parking and for the use of the pool?? For £130 per night I would have thought that considering how basic the room amenities were (though they were a good standard) that parking and use of the facilities would be included. Otherwise it’s just the equivalent of a premier inn room.”

“Another wonderful stay , the hotel is so beautifully decorated clean and owners so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is amazing with a fantastic choice cooked to order. The lady serving this is a treasure and can’t do enough for you. Will be back again to this amazing hotel by the sea .”

“I was a bit disappointed having stayed here before. Found the staff very standoffish and the place needed a bit of a lift - for the price of the room it was a bit tired and the spa was really poor, cold pool and looked tired - definitely better choices for the money”

“The hotel is a really nice old quaint building nestled in Lyndhurst. The staff are all really helpful and friendly, a special mention for the lovely Eila, I'm sorry if I spelt that wrong, she's a very pretty and happy Ukrainian lady working in the restaurant, and also to the mixologist behind the bar who was excellent in her job. The rooms are clean and well maintained, my only criticism is that they could have shaving mirrors in the bathrooms, they're quite dimly lit, and the only mirror is set...
