The staff on reception desk were very helpful and made sure we had no problems accessing our room , as my wife has just had knee surgery. The pool area needed some maintenance and the hotel in general needs attention. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the English breakfast was fresh and hot. The bar area was lovely and clean. Staff were very polite and prices were reasonable. We didn’t eat in the bar but the food that other people ordered looked tasty.

Been going to Bournemouth for years and this is first time staying here. Really friendly reception staff on arrival.The rooms are spacious and clean.Good bar area and breakfast room was really nice. Probably the best breakfast ive had at a Bournemouth hotel. Would recommend.

Had a fantastic time at the Durley Dean Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the absolute highlight was having access to the excellent spa and gym facilities—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the service was spot on from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great location, very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit outdated but it was great for our stay as a family of 4 for a short break. I would use it again. The common areas might benefit from a deep clean but the room was clean. Breakfast was quite basic but fresh. I would add non-diary milk options.

After reading the reviews I wasn’t sure but to be fair it was great, staff were run off their feet and helped with any enquiries. Breakfast was great, pool was small but great to cool down after being on the beach all day! Out room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Will definitely be back in the summer or even a winter break 😁
