“Muy caro para lo que es, no es un 4 estrellas como indican, habitaciones sin aire acondicionado y el servicio de restaurantes normal, los hoteles en Southhampton todos sin excepción están sobre valorados precios mas caros que Londres, se aprovechan de la necesidad de los pasajeros que van a los cruceros y tienen que hacer noche en la ciudad”

“Pool at hotel was closed . Checked into room and a desk top fan was already on in the room for a supposedly air conditioned room. Fears were realised that air con did not work and the alternative room offered was inferior to the one booked thus they offered a larger fan. Fridge unplugged at wall and had to move the desk out to plug it in. One of the Lights in bathroom was flickering. Staff helpful”

Bathroom needed updating with no slip mat in the shower, which made it very slippery. No toilet brush so the toilet wasn’t kept clean. We asked for a do not disturb sign for our door, it was useless as we could not close the door when we used it and it just dropped on the floor. Our wardrobe only had three hangers and...

“We booked the room thinking we had access to the spa as all photos showed it, but when we got there we didn’t have access to most spa areas, which were a premium service on top of the room cost (over £250/night). The room was spacious but it’s old fashioned and didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Disappointing.”
