Rooms very warm (no aircon) and only a cheap plastic desk fan to cool them down. Very basic facilities / amenities in room (cheap plastic kettle, single bottle of 'shampoo & gel' in bathroom and cheap plastic bins and toilet brush. Restaurant was like something from the 1970's with long, slow moving queue for cereals and juices and then...

“Hotel pequeño y familiar con un dueño peculiar muy Fawlty Towers (nos amenazo con tirar el desayuno si no estábamos en el comedor antes de las 8:30), pero que luego resulto ser muy simpático y nos trato muy bien. Bien situado y barato”

“The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars.”

“Heerlijk verbleven daar tijdens ons 4dgs bezoek aan FOS Goodwood. Fijne mensen die het runnen. Parkeren deden we in de omgeving en was af en toe een uitdaging een plekkie te vinden, maar met vergunning wel gratis. Ondanks warme weer, zonder airco, met fan prima koel op onze kamer.”

“There were two restaurants near one Greek and one Latin American we tried the latter and it was good, the Greek one was closed Monday. Staff were welcoming, small family run hotel so personal. Nice bar area. Breakfast was included (continental) but they did offer boiled eggs or bacon bap or sausage bap in the morning.”

“What a lovely place to stay, the location was great with parking nearby. Shops and restaurants and bars were of walkable distance, rooms had everything we needed and staff were friendly and more than helpful with any other needs.
