“We booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub compared to the other two hotels we were looking at. The other two were much cheaper but we wanted a hotel with a nice hot tub that we could relax in. When we checked in they informed us that the hot tub is down and they are waiting for a part so won’t be working during our stay. The whole reason we booked this one was for the hot tub.
