What a beautiful hotel, very accommodating when I ask them for more towels and shampoo(I have long hair and lots of it). Breakfast was so delicious. The bar was wonderful. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean if there is one negative sound travels and I was awaken pretty early possibly because my room was in the back of the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located in downtown Des Moines. The staff is very friendly, rooms are comfy and spacious, and the area is very walkable and safe!
