The unit's bedrooms have no windows at all. So you can't tell day and night and the a/c needs to be on 24/7 because there is no fresh air coming in. The internet does not work so you can't work in the unit at all. No one is coming to fix it for you. We complained every day and in the end they only give us $50 off for the whole stay. The location is convenient and safe. The unit is clean.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were there for Knotfest 2024. The place was absolutely amazing. Lots of room and loved the kitchen. Whenever we are back in Des Moines we will definitely be staying here.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this property! It had everything you could want or need and the bed was very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and communication was great, they checked in more than once to make sure everything was good. I would absolutely stay again!

Our stay in downtown Des Moines was for an entire week. This Kasa rental worked very well for us. It was nice having the extra things like kitchen, laundry, living room, game room, etc. that you don't get staying in a hotel. Our room was located in a noisy spot. We heard the garage doors open and close often. We were also awakened by the garage pickup. Still, it was a good value and great location for us.
