“Great for 1 night business stay”

“I booked a double room which was so small. It had a dreadful view over an alley and roof top. So not desirable in any way. The room had a small fan - there is no air conditioning - we roasted - it was so so hot unbearable. With two adults in such a small room with no air-conditioning terrible. What made it worse was that there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom that was permanently on which you could not turn off so the small bathroom was so hot and made the room even worse. “All the staff were so helpful and we couldn't fault the comfy beds, all facilities and cleanliness were 5*”

“Staff were amazing, we had been before and thought how the whole place needed a revamp it was looking tired this time, food was good, Bar prices were very steep, nearly £5 for a bottle of coke,!!!!!. We would come back though.”
