“We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, Kim and Doug weren’t expecting us so we had to wander around to find them. They were quite apologetic and accommodating after. We were able to use the dock across from the property as well as the standup paddle boards. The place is a quick walk to The Kee to Bala. The place is currently under renovation but the room and bathroom was new and beautiful.”

“We were met with a beautiful cabin! It was nice and toasty and very clean. We also ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the friendliness and welcoming attitude of every staff member there! “The cottage itself was quite adequate. Clean but minimal. Comfortable beds. Its not really possible to swim by the cottage. there's a fair bit of boat traffic and the water is shallow with a lot of rocks and obstacles. You have to swim off the dock. I also messaged several times with various questions before our trip with no response. And when we arrived the internet wasn't working and they didn't get it fixed until the second day.
