“Because this hotel recently came under new ownership, it had very few reviews when I booked. However, I was extremely pleasantly surprised upon arrival! The lobby and dining areas have already been redesigned in a classy, boutique style. While the guest rooms haven't been remodeled yet (meaning the decor doesn't quite match the updated common spaces) they are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. “Just from start to finish wasn't enjoyable. On the phone was told included breakfast when I arrived it didnt. Room wasn't great. No back on remote to cover batteries with a toddler. Had to pay to use soft play as a guest. Nice girl in bar long ponytail was very helpful but other than that wont be back”
