Staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant located in the hotel has good food. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we were only there one night.

We had a great one-night stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Shannon Airport. Our family room was spacious and very comfortable, and having the restaurant right at the hotel made dinner incredibly convenient. Breakfast the next morning was excellent as well. For an overnight stay before a flight, it really couldn’t have been easier or more convenient. A great experience overall, and I would definitely stay here again when flying out of Shannon. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in family room, which was comfy, but up a few flights of stairs ( no lift). The restaurant was always busy but worth the wait, everything was delicious. Parking lot always seemed full ( we seldom rolled in before 8pm ). Shannon is very central and made for easy day trips without moving from hotel to hotel.

The hotel is very close to the airport. About a 2 minute walk to the depature entrance at the Shannon Airport & a 5 minute drive to vehicle rental returns. Room was simple but comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Major downside is there is no lift & it is a multi-floor property. Staff are willing to help with moving luggage to & from your room, but that is a inconvenience to visitors & staff. I would stay again, but be prepared for carrying luggage up & down stairs.

We have stayed at Park Inn several times in the past few years. They have recently completed a huge renovation! The rooms are updated, the bar and restaurant have been completely redone! The lunch and dinner was excellent! Quality and presentation! The staff at reception could not have been more friendly and helpful, Dugan (?) was exceptional! Staff at bar and breakfast were efficient and pleasant! What more can you ask for! And steps to Shannon Airport… follow the footpath!

This is a great place for your last night in Ireland. You can drop your rental and walk to the airport in the morning. The restaurant and bar are very good and the staff is wonderful. The only quirk is the physical layout. Depending on where your room is, there is no elevator to your flow. You may need to carry things up about 6 steps. A little awkward, but very managable. While I did not need it, I am sure the staff would be willing to assist someone who needed a hand. This made a great spot for tired travelers to just plop for the night.

Staff were excellent, great location to the airport - literally a 2 minute walk. Hotel was really nice, bar and restaraunt good. Room was really nice. No issues at all and perfect for us for a couple of nights stay prior to an onward flight to US.

This is a nice hotel with a good restaurant and it's extremely convenient to the airport (you can walk to the terminal if you want). And even though you are so close to the airport, you really don't hear the planes.

Great location with taxis available to get to local places. Perfect location at the airport. Super clean and helpful staff and even helped us get a free early check in by joining the raddison club. The food was great too with hot or cold options. The restaurant food was also unusually good for an airport hotel. All in all it's a convenient place to stay at the airport.

Staff is great. Room was clean. Restaurant is good. Quiet except for the car alarm that went off every 30 minutes all night (but that is not the hotels fault) As mentioned by others no air conditioning! Would stay again.
