“Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Property is in need of some TLC, and could be an excellent venue. Gardens in need of de-weeding and some cutting back on trees, brambles etc.”

“The room was clean beside a blood stain on one of the duvets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good value room for visiting the Lakes.”

“Friendly helpful staff. Great beer and ale selections.”

Our room rate included breakfast, a lovely adequate selection which included self help items and order of the menu for hot. We will be definitely staying again when visiting the northern...
