It is well located, within walking distance to a main line station, bus network as well as a narrow gauge railway. There are also electric car charging facilities at a nearby car park. The food was good and all the staff were helpful and friendly.”

“The hotel itself was in a run down condition and needs a lot of money spent on it. My room, had windows into the atrium so my view was of stairs and walls. It also meant there was no airflow, and on this very hot summer, it made it difficult to sleep or be comfortable in any way. The lights in my bathroom did not work, which I mentioned to the staff, and the door self closing mechanism did not have a soft close function so that I was woken each day before 5 am by the slamming of doors.
